01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the bdc888 platform (bdc888.vu) and its members. bdc888 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity.

These Terms and Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. bdc888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time — registered members will be notified as far in advance as possible.

02 Account Register

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any loss resulting from sharing your password with others is your own liability.

• Any changes to your account details must be reported to bdc888 immediately.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours for standard members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (Anti-Money Laundering policy).
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a specified amount.
• Bdc888 may request additional documentation in the event of suspicious transactions.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to bdc888's Sports Betting and casino sections:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• Pre-match bets remain valid after the match begins (except for Live Betting).
• Bdc888 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

Bdc888 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet, particularly where it is believed the bet forms part of organized abuse.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on bdc888 come with specific terms attached. General bonus rules:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount (e.g., 20–30x) to be met before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting or gameplay and cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Activities related to insider information or match fixing.

08 Account Closure

Bdc888 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Upon evidence of suspicious activity or fraud.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. All eligible withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

Bdc888 is not liable for the following:

• Interruptions to games or betting caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

That said, bdc888 always strives to keep the platform running at peak stability and to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

10 Changes to Terms

Bdc888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• Members who do not accept the updated terms may request account closure.
